Your responsibilities

• Actively approach and support customers by understanding their needs and offering the best home furnishing solutions to exceed their expectations.
• Create an enjoyable, convenient, and successful shopping experience that leads to satisfied customers and increased sales.
• Maximise sales and profitability in your area of responsibility by focusing on top sellers, prioritised products, and local customer needs.
• Ensure your sales area is clean, tidy, fully stocked, correctly priced, and always aligned with IKEA merchandising standards.
• Use IKEA sales tools, systems, and different sales and communication channels effectively to support customers in their buying journey.
• Actively offer IKEA services to help customers make informed choices and enhance their overall shopping experience.
• Support and implement commercial activities and sales priorities within your department and across the store.
• Analyse and adjust sales space and product capacity to secure high stock availability.
• Share your knowledge and passion for IKEA products with customers and co-workers.
• Contribute to IKEA’s sustainability goals by understanding and living our social and environmental commitments.
