Sales Closer – Evening Shift

Location: Irvine, CA | On-site || Department: Sales || Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

Tax Relief Advocates is hiring experienced, high-ticket Sales Closers for our Evening Shift. You’ll work warm leads that are ready to move forward, close deals like a pro, and showcase tax solutions with a flair that even tax auditors would envy. The shift runs Monday through Friday, either 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM. That gives you your mornings free and your weekends off.

What You’ll Do

• Close warm, qualified leads by phone and turn conversations into signed deals.
• Present tax relief solutions with confidence and handle objections with skill.
• Juggle calls, objections, and CRM notes in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Keep clients happy by building rapport and making them feel understood and confident.

What You Bring

• Strong phone sales experience (required) and a proven track record as a closer.
• A background in tax, mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, or any high-ticket phone closing is a big plus.
• Comfort in a fast-paced call center environment and experience with CRM systems.
• High energy, patience, and a talent for building rapport.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $16.90 per hour.

Commission: This position is also eligible for uncapped commission of up to 15% per deal, in addition to the hourly wage. Commission earnings are variable, based on individual production, and not guaranteed.

Total Compensation: Expected total annual compensation is $160,000 – $200,000+, including commissions. Actual compensation will vary based on hours worked, individual performance, and commission earnings. Commission earnings are paid pursuant to the Company’s applicable commission plan.

The pay range represents the good-faith range the Company reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Commission earnings are variable and are not guaranteed.
