About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, growth-oriented Sales Client Partner with a strong business acumen, consultative selling approach, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients, with a focus on Digital solutions.

The ideal candidate is skilled in conversational selling, understands business challenges faced by manufacturing organizations, and can position technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and account growth across Manufacturing clients.
• Build and nurture executive-level relationships, including business and technology stakeholders.
• Leverage a conversational selling approach to uncover business challenges and solutions to customer needs.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification through deal closure.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to expand existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with delivery, consulting, presales, and solution teams to create compelling client proposals.
• Position Orion's products, platforms, and technology solutions by articulating business value and ROI.
• Manage a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and quota targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends, manufacturing technologies, cloud modernization, AI adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Experience

• 5–8 years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience in technology services, products, or solutions sales.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets over the last three years.
• Experience selling Digital solutions.
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting or owning deals valued at $500K+ and clearly demonstrating individual contributions to deal success.
• Experience in solution selling, consulting, delivery, or presales is highly preferred.
• Exposure to Manufacturing industry clients and business processes is strongly preferred.

• Experience growing existing accounts while generating new business opportunities.
• Flexible, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Potential and aspiration to grow into future sales leadership roles.
