At Frasers Property Australia, we are dedicated to creating 'Proud Communities' by designing places where people feel a true sense of belonging. We are currently seeking a motivated Assistant Project Sales Manager to join our team on-site at the iconic Shell Cove development.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Project Sales Manager, this entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to build a career in real estate. You will receive hands-on exposure to the entire sales lifecycle - from prospecting and marketing campaigns to buyer management and successful property settlements. This position is designed to provide the on-the-job training and knowledge needed to eventually progress into a full Project Sales Manager role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Support: Assisting with buyer enquiries, conducting follow-up calls, and supporting senior sales executives during open homes and inspections.
  • Lead Generation: Conducting initial prospecting calls and supporting proactive lead generation activities to help achieve sales targets.
  • CRM Management Maintaining accurate client and property records within our systems, ensuring all leads are actioned within 48 hours.
  • Marketing & Admin Helping prepare property presentations, digital listings, and marketing materials while coordinating service providers like photographers and stylists.
  • Office Excellence: Managing the daily operations of the sales office, including ensuring the space is clean, current, and welcoming for customers 30 minutes before opening.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building relationships with new and existing customers, as well as third-party channel partners.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a high-energy individual with a "customer-first" mindset and a genuine willingness to learn.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer-service or client-facing role is highly regarded.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential. You should also hold a Real Estate License (or be willing to obtain one).
  • A proactive attitude and a strong desire to attend training and workshops to build your market knowledge.
