How You’ll Make An ImpactOur Sales & Catering Manager creates and maintains lasting relationships with our customers in the desire to provide them with an excellent guest service experience while utilizing the property’s meeting and event space.
Sales & Client Engagement

• Handle inbound inquiries and bookings for small groups (up to 15 rooms on peak) and short-term events
• Conduct regular prospecting and maintenance sales calls to build new business and foster repeat client relationships
• Represent the property at networking events to generate awareness and leads
• Stay current on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to support strategic sales efforts

Event Planning & Execution

• Act as the primary contact from inquiry through post-event follow-up, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction
• Provide accurate site tours and prepare detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
• Communicating all setup needs and final counts in weekly BEO meetings

Qualifications 

• Related college degree or related work experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organized
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting  
• Reliability and honesty 
• Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team
