What is the Sales Career Sprint?

You might be hearing this for the first time! The Sales Career Sprint is a unique recruitment event designed to fast-track Coca-Cola Icecek’s hiring process for Field Sales Representatives

Here’s what happens at the Sales Career Sprint:


Applicants first complete an online assessment.
Those who succeed move on to in-person interviews at our office during the event.
Participants also join presentations, seminars, and activities to get to know our company up close!

What Happens After You Apply?

The CCI Sales Career Sprint process is fast and transparent. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Online Tests: Complete general aptitude and English assessments.
  2. Sales Career Sprint Event: Join us at our Istanbul Headquarter for interviews and info sessions.
  3. Field Orientation: Successful candidates experience a one-day field shadowing to see the role in action—because at CCI, a Field Sales Representative spends the entire day in the field!
  4. Driving Test: Since this role requires active driving, we’ll assess your driving skills.
  5. Reference Check: We verify your previous experience and references.
  6. Offer Stage: Candidates who successfully complete all steps receive an offer!

What We Expect From You:

• Visit customers in your region, manage stock control, create orders, and drive sales.
• Build strong, sustainable customer relationships.
• Execute merchandising activities.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
• Track and manage equipment processes.
• Communicate campaigns to customers on time and effectively.
• Monitor market activities and secure new customer partnerships.
• Take actions to increase sales volume and market growth.
