- Job Title: Sales Call Center Representative (English-speaking).

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients via phone and promote the company services.
• Explain treatment packages and medical services in a clear and professional manner.
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage decision-making.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and adhere to sales plans.
• Accurately record client data in the system and prepare necessary reports.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with a strong and clear accent.
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales.
• Experience in call center or sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• شرح باقات العلاج والخدمات الطبية بأسلوب احترافي وواضح.
• متابعة العملاء الحاليين لضمان رضاهم وتحفيزهم على اتخاذ القرار.
• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والالتزام بخطط المبيعات.
• تسجيل بيانات العملاء بدقة في النظام وإعداد التقارير اللازمة.

 المتطلبات:

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مع لهجة قوية وواضحة.
• مهارات تفاوض وإقناع ممتازة وقدرة على تحقيق المبيعات.
• خبرة في العمل بمركز اتصالات أو المبيعات ميزة إضافية.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة والعمل ضمن فريق.
