Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition

Identify and engage potential clients through both online and offline channels, while assisting with marketing and promotional activities.

Training & Learning

Participate in comprehensive training covering financial markets, foreign exchange (FX), trading strategies, platform operations, and risk management.

Client Relationship Management

Respond to client enquiries professionally and build long-term relationships by providing excellent customer service and ongoing support.

Market Research & Feedback

Gather client feedback, monitor market trends, and provide insights to support continuous improvement of products and services.

Goal Achievement

Work towards individual performance targets while continuously developing your sales, communication, and financial market knowledge.

What We're Looking For

• Strong motivation for personal growth and achieving results
• Interest in financial markets and the foreign exchange (FX) industry
• Willingness to engage in sales, client communication, customer service, and business development
• Excellent learning ability, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in sales, trading, community management, or marketing is an advantage, but not required
• No prior experience is required — full paid training will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mandarin language proficiency preferred
• Valid Australian work
