Job Title: Sales & Business Development Specialist

Work Location Chicagoland region/Greater Chicago

Salary range: Base salary $60-70K plus bonus/commission

TheSales &Business Development Specialistis responsible forgrowingthe client base of CPO Management Servicesby engaging prospectivecustomers andpartners, coordinating sales efforts, andassistingwith follow-ups and materials throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working a complete sales cycle frominitialprospect identification and qualification to closing the deal
  • Conductresearchtodeterminethe right contactsatprospect companies in target lists
  • Conductinitialoutreach to independent O&Ppractices throughmultiple channels (emails, calls, campaigns, industry events etc.)andmarketthe value of our practice management and partnership offerings
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing or referral sourcesand build a pipeline of prospects
  • Coordinate discovery calls and meetings with internal leadership
  • Conduct introductoryclientmeetings and support theleadership teamwith pipeline management.​
  • Assistin the development of sales presentations,proposalsand agreements
  • Ensure CRM (HubSpot) is updated withtimely,accurateprospect informationand lead follow-up activities
  • Assistin the development of sales presentations, proposals, and agreements
  • Support the smooth transition of new clients into onboarding by coordinating with internal stakeholders

Whatwe’relooking for:

  • 3-6 years of experience in sellingand business developmentinhealthcarerevenuecycle management (RCM)industry.
  • Experience generating business from new accounts
  • Familiar with usingCRM tools likeHubSpotand Zoho
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, proactive, and energized by outreach and growth goals
