We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is key to identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with clients and partners, and leading initiatives that drive the company’s growth in the logistics sector.

Starting date: Immediately

YOUR FUTURE TASKS

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
  • Design and implement sales and business development strategies aligned with the company’s objectives
  • Analyze market and competitive trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of customized, high-quality logistics solutions
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, conduct negotiations, and draft contracts
  • Monitor the performance of key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction

YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or similar roles in the logistics industry, preferably at a freight forwarding company.
  • In-depth knowledge of ocean freight services. Knowledge of air and ground freight is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
