The Sales & Business Development Manager is responsible for driving client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion within the FinTech / Digital Banking sector. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering innovative financial technology solutions tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate is highly sales-driven, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and its unique value propositions and effectively communicate these benefits to clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the FinTech / Digital banking space.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales efforts with broader company objectives and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Lead negotiations and structure deals that maximize business value.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
Track sales performance metrics, provide regular reports, and recommend improvements.
Represent Razer Gold at industry events such as expos, conferences, and trade shows, enhancing our brand and building a robust professional network.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5–8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in FinTech, financial services, or technology.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strategic partnerships and client relationships.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of digital banking, payments, or financial technology solutions is an advantage.
