About the role
We’re growing – and now we’re building a brand-new sales team in Finland! 🚀
Mynt is looking for driven and curious Sales & Business Developers to join our journey as we expand into the Finnish market. This is a great opportunity to be part of establishing our local presence and building something from the ground up, as we introduce our modern financial platform to a new audience.
In this role, you’ll be part of our first local sales team in Finland – a unique opportunity to help shape how we grow in a new market. You’ll spend your time engaging with decision-makers like CEOs and CFOs, helping them understand how Mynt can simplify financial processes and support smarter growth.
You’ll manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and building long-term relationships. Whether it’s through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, or meetings, you’ll take initiative to open doors and lead consultative sales conversations with clarity and confidence. Beyond the sales process, you’ll represent Mynt in the Finnish market – acting as a trusted advisor and a true ambassador for our brand.
You’ll be based at our new office in Helsinki and work closely with colleagues both locally and at our HQ in Stockholm. We offer a collaborative and supportive environment where you’ll play an important role in shaping our presence in a new market and making a real impact from day one.

What you’ll be up to
Complete all aspects of the business development cycle, including prospecting/cold calls, discovery, presentation, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and relationship development
Proactively seek new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to set up meetings in the Finnish market
Secure appointments with mid-level and C-Level executives and conduct a well-defined, consultative sales process
Take ownership, being a Mynt ambassador and representing Mynt in the Finnish market
What you bring to the table
Proven experience of B2B sales, specifically within the Finnish market
Strong customer orientation and successful negotiation skills
Proven, creative, and results-driven closer with experience winning business at C-Level
Experience from a startup environment and comfort working in a fast-paced setting
Highly effective and professional written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in Finnish and English, Swedish is a plus.
