Pluxee is looking for a mid–senior Sales Intelligence Lead to play a critical role in driving commercial performance through robust incentive planning, advanced reporting, and executive-level insights.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Global and COMEX, acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for business needs related to Salesforce developments across Pluxee’s environments.
You will be a key partner to Sales leadership and Top Management, responsible for designing, monitoring, and reporting on sales incentives, while providing clear and actionable performance insights to executives. If you are highly analytical, deeply knowledgeable in Salesforce, and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, this role offers high visibility and impact.

You are a confident, analytical, and diplomatic professional with 5+ years of experience in Sales Intelligence, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, operating in fast-paced and performance-driven environments.
You are highly comfortable interacting with C-level and senior executives, able to synthesize complex data into clear narratives and impactful presentations. You combine strong technical expertise in Salesforce with a business-oriented mindset, ensuring that incentives, KPIs, and reporting truly support strategic objectives and sales execution.
âś… Key Responsibilities
Sales Incentives Planning & Performance Reporting (Core Focus)
Own the design, monitoring, and reporting of sales incentive plans, ensuring alignment with company strategy, product priorities, and revenue objectives.
Define incentive KPIs, targets, and performance measurement frameworks in close collaboration with Sales and Finance.
Track incentive performance on an ongoing basis, identifying gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities.
Ensure full transparency, accuracy, and governance of incentive calculations and payouts.
Prepare executive-level incentive performance reports, explaining results, variances, and impacts on overall sales performance.
Executive Reporting & Decision Support
Build and maintain high-quality executive dashboards and reports covering sales, pipeline, revenue, product performance, and incentives.
Deliver regular sales performance reviews to top executives, providing clear insights, recommendations, and forward-looking perspectives.
Support strategic planning, forecasting, and business reviews with robust data analysis and scenario modeling.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on sales performance dynamics and incentive effectiveness.
Salesforce Ownership & Business SPOC
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for business requirements related to Salesforce developments for Pluxee and Cobee.
Translate commercial and incentive-related needs into clear functional specifications for Global Product and Tech teams.
Ensure Salesforce supports accurate tracking of performance, incentives, and reporting needs.
Validate developments and ensure proper adoption by Sales and Business teams.
Liaison with Global Teams
Serve as the key interface between local business teams and global Salesforce, Product, and Tech stakeholders.
Align local incentive and reporting needs with global systems, standards, and roadmaps.
Communicate changes, timelines, and impacts clearly to all stakeholders.
Sales & Product Performance Monitoring
Define, monitor, and analyze Sales and Product performance KPIs across the commercial funnel.
Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, translating data into actionable insights.
Ensure data consistency, quality, and reliability across Salesforce and reporting tools.
🌟 You’re a match if you…
Have 5+ years of experience in Sales Intelligence, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
Have strong, hands-on expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud mandatory; experience with incentive or compensation-related modules is a strong plus).
Have proven experience in sales incentive planning, performance tracking, and reporting.
Are highly comfortable preparing and delivering executive-level presentations to senior management and C-level stakeholders.
Possess excellent analytical skills and are confident working with complex KPIs and performance models.
Are diplomatic, structured, and able to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
Experience in B2B, payments, benefits, or SaaS environments is highly desirable.
