Job Description
We are looking for a new addition to Sales & Customer Care Intelligence team in which you will join a group of our Business Analysts. Ideally you will have previous experience of 2+ years in a similar position. You need to be result-driven, analytical, with ability to drive mid and long-term projects focused on data analysis, interpretation, planning and data quality.
Yourmainresponsibilitiesare:
- Ownership,definitionandmaintenanceofreportingdashboardsinQlikQ®toolsand MS ExcelwithvariousdatabasesourcesincludingSQLutilization
- Subjectmatterexpert onthedatacollection,analysisandinterpretationof softwaresales&supportdatatodecisionmakers
- Regularand ad-hocreportsdevelopmentforspecificprojectsfindingtheproperreportingdimensions,KPIs,filtersforalldata
- Regularanalyticalsupport inSalesplanningtoregionsand ESET HQwithdetailedanalysisoverfindingsandproposedcorrectiveactions
- Support ofSalesplanningplatformusersinproperuseofthetool,guidanceinmethodologyanditsimpacttooverallplanning
- OwnershipofSalesplanningmethodology,maintenanceandfurtherdevelopment oftheplanningtooltoreflectapprovedprocessanddetails
- Translatingbusinessrequirementsintodatainterpretationmethodology
- Contributiontoreportingmethodologydevelopment andreportsdefinition
- Useracceptancetestingofdevelopedreportingandplanningapplicationsincludingdeepdataqualitycheck
- Ad-hocdataqualitycheckandvarianceanalysisinSalesperformance
- Understandingofalldatasourcesusedinreportingandtheirbusinessvalue
- DrivetounderstandnewplanningandreportingaspectsanddirectionsintheSecuritymarketanditsapplicabilitytoourenvironment
- Preparationand update ofrelevantdocumentation(suchas user-guides,reports,methodology,etc),deliveryoftrainingstousersofSalesplanningplatform
Wearelookingforacandidatewith
- Atleast2yearsofexperienceinsimilarposition
- Advanced English
- Goodknowledgeof (bothdirectandindirect)salesprocessesinconsumerand businesssegments
- ProfessionalbackgroundfromIT software or hardwarerelatedindustries, and/orincustomerdataanalyticsisa plus
- WorkingknowledgewithQlikSense, SQL,Salesforceisanadvantage

Basicwagecomponent(gross):from2100 EUR
- Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
- The final basic wage component can be increased according to the unique individual skills and experiences of the selected candidate.
