As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Sales Business Analyst

We are looking for a Sales Business Analyst to join our team and support performance monitoring, reporting, and insight generation for commercial initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in Power BI, and the ability to present actionable insights to various stakeholders. This position collaborates closely with internal teams such as Billing, Data Warehouse, CBM, IT, and Product.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance data and identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure data accuracy, consistency and integration
• Prepare clear, insightful presentations for senior management and commercial stakeholders
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across products, channels, and customer segments
• Support budgeting, forecasting and sales target monitoring through data-driven analysis
• Contribute to reporting automation and process improvement initiatives
• Handle ad hoc data requests and deliver timely, business-relevant insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, sales reporting, or performance monitoring
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and experience with SQL or other data tools
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
