The Sales BDC Representativeat Pinnacle Intelligence is a vital role responsible for driving sales opportunities and enhancing customer engagement for our automotive dealership clients. This role primarily focuses on handling inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and online chat to qualify leads, provide initial product information, nurture prospect relationships, and crucially, set appointments for the dealership's sales teams. The Sales BDC Representative ensures a seamless and positive initial customer experience, contributing directly to the sales funnel and client success in the competitive automotive retail market.
