Responsibilities:
managing Sales Back Office team (~10 employees) covering Spain, Portugal, Greece and Italy;
developing the team considering team members’ skills and business needs while fostering high employee engagement and empowerment;
driving harmonization, standardization and excellence in processes within own team and across whole group;
ensuring achievement of performance targets and KPIs; check and improve work results;
build strong relations with customers by proper communication, execution of services with proper quality and quantity, manage and follow up on operational topics;
setting clear goals for the team consistent with the company's strategy;
ensuring controls and compliance with the requirements in daily operations within the team;
Requirements:
experience in leadership position in sales back office / sales / customer service (experience in working in SSC and matrix structure as an advantage);
fluent written and oral communication in English (Spanish or Italian language skills would be a huge advantage);
experience in working with SAP would be a big advantage;
positive outlook and ability to manage complexity, good organization skills;
customer-centric mindset with strong quality awareness, excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-cultural teams;
results-driven and proactive, with the ability to make quick decisions and deliver within tight deadlines;
strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, solution-focused, and open to change and continuous improvement.
