Location: North Karachi (Near 4K Roundabout), Karachi
Job Type: Contract (Onsite)
Schedule: 6 Days a Week | Day Shift | 8 Hours Daily (1 Rotational Weekday Off)
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 per month + PKR 50,000 Commission per Apartment Sale

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate (Female Preferred) to join our team for a ready-to-move residential project in North Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, assisting potential buyers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings and provide detailed information about the residential project.
• Arrange and conduct property site visits and project walkthroughs.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and client outreach.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and investors to convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using Microsoft Excel and other documentation tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Client Handling.
• Experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and confidently deal with clients.
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work onsite.

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission: PKR 50,000 per apartment sale
• Attractive performance-based earning potential.

Preferred Candidate

• Female candidates are preferred.
• Candidates with prior experience in property sales or real estate client dealing will be given preference.
