About the Role:
Habitat for Humanity Charlotte Region is looking for a friendly and motivated Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Mooresville ReStore team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting sales goals, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and determine their needs to provide helpful guidance.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate product benefits effectively.
- Support sales efforts by promoting products and upselling when appropriate.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions at the point-of-sale.
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally, escalating as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to reach store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and inventory counts.
- Support promotional activities and special events to boost engagement and sales.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Required

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in a retail environment is highly desirable
