JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Sales Associate to join our Burberry team at La Roca Outlet on a 16-hour permanent contract. In this role, you will deliver a distinctive and elevated client experience, representing the heritage and craftsmanship of Burberry through every interaction. You will contribute to store performance by building meaningful client relationships and maintaining exceptional retail standards. This is an opportunity to be part of a team where service, storytelling and product expertise come together to create lasting impressions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver personalised and memorable service, building genuine relationships with clients.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals through an understanding of product and client needs.
  • Present the store to a high standard, maintaining visual and operational excellence.
  • Promote Burberry’s heritage, craftsmanship and product knowledge with confidence.
  • Support stock organisation and replenishment to ensure product availability.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
