We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and energetic team members to join us as Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associates at our Guildford Town Centre location in Surrey, BC.

In this role, you’ll engage with customers to help them discover the perfect games, puzzles, and toys, share your knowledge and enthusiasm about our products, and ensure every visit to the store is fun and memorable. Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet customers warmly, answer questions, build confidence, and recommend products tailored to their needs, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Operate the POS system efficiently, process payments accurately, and issue receipts.
• Keep the store organized and visually appealing, restock merchandise, and ensure inventory levels meet customer demand.
• Serve as a product expert, providing detailed information and guidance about our games, puzzles, and toys.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering advice on product selection, usage, care, and maintenance.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals to support store profitability.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor, assisting customers promptly and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative store environment.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and general store operations as required.
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, cash handling, customer service, or retail.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of customers.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Passion for or knowledge of pop culture, board games, puzzles, toys, and collectibles is preferred.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must have open availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Flexible availability during the seasonal period is an asset.

Position: Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associate

Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour

Store: Guildford Town Centre

Location: Unit 1065, 10355 152 Street, Surrey, BC
