Asia Padel is a leading padel ecosystem in Southeast Asia, combining retail, events, and community-building. We are passionate about growing the sport and delivering an exceptional experience to every player—from beginners to professionals.

We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our padel shop.

This role goes beyond traditional retail — we are looking for someone who:

• Loves sports (ideally plays padel or similar racket sports)
• Is confident, approachable, and not shy with customers
• Has a strong willingness to learn and grow in the sport and product knowledge

You will be a key ambassador of Asia Padel, helping customers choose the right equipment while ensuring the store runs smoothly on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience & Sales

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product recommendations based on player level and needs
• Drive sales through active engagement and product knowledge
• Support test racket programs and explain product features
  

2. Store Operations

• Ensure proper opening and closing of the store
• Maintain cleanliness, lighting, and overall store presentation
• Coordinate daily tasks during shifts
  

3. Merchandising & Display

• Ensure all products are well displayed, front-facing, and organized
• Maintain visual standards and attractive product presentation
• Refill empty display areas promptly
  

4. Stock & Inventory Management

• Replenish products (rackets, balls, overgrips, apparel, accessories)
• Conduct daily checks on fast-moving items
• Report low stock and support replenishment orders
  

5. Pricing & Labels

• Ensure all items are correctly priced and labeled
• Update and create price tags when required (Canva templates)
  

6. Storage & Organization

• Keep storage areas clean, organized, and efficient
• Arrange stock by category and usage frequency
• Report or manage damaged items

7. POS & System Management

• Operate and maintain the POS system
• Report any technical issues promptly
• Ensure product prices and stock information are updated
  

Profile We Are Looking For

• Passion for sports (padel is a strong plus)
• Outgoing and confident personality – not afraid to engage with customers
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Team player with good energy
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
