What You’ll Get To Do:
- Ensures customer satisfaction by efficiently and accurately scanning tickets and processing payment while following cash handling standards.
- Educates customers on Round Up program to achieve program goals.
- Informs customers on Good Points program to achieve program goals.
- Operates telephone including professionally answering calls and operating the paging system.
- Ensures items are properly displayed, pulled, and restocked in alignment with merchandising standards and leadership guidance.
- Assists customers in locating items when possible or seeks assistance for the customer if unable to help.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area; completes opening/closing checklists and supports general cleaning, including parking lot maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsWhat We Need From You:
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
- Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate a cash register and accurately count money.
- Basic math skills required.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with computers or a willingness and ability to learn.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with regular and timely attendance in accordance with the assigned work schedule.

- Work is performed primarily in a standard retail backroom or warehouse environment with extensive team member contact and frequent interruptions.
- Primary function requires sufficient physical ability to repetitively:
- Stand for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Independently twist, lift, carry, push or pull moderate (10 pounds) to heavy (25 pounds) of weight; using a team lift for objects weighing over 25 pounds.
- Reach (approximately 54 inches).
- Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch.
- Sufficient hand and finger dexterity to perform detailed tasks.
- Verbally communicate to exchange information.
