We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team! This role is ideal for individuals with experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management who are passionate about helping businesses through innovative HR solutions.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in identifying potential clients, presenting our services, and building strong business relationships. You will also work closely with internal teams to support business growth and deliver tailored workforce solutions such as Employer of Record (EOR), Recruitment, HR Consulting, and other HR-related services.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through lead generation and business development activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
  • Present and explain LennorHive HR solutions and services to prospective clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery calls
  • Support sales pipeline management and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
  • Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and sales presentations
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to support overall business growth

What we're looking for:

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Client Management
  • Open to fresh grad
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about sales and building client relationships
  • Background or exposure in HR, Recruitment, or Workforce Solutions is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in any course/field
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule to support international clients
  • Open to working in a hybrid setup in BGC, Taguig
