Position: Sales Associate/online fulfillment specialist
Location: T3 Endurance Sports- Orem UT
Type: Part-Time, 10:00am-3:00pm M/W/F and 11:00am-2:00pm every other Saturday

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our triathlon specialty store team. This role helps customers find the right gear, apparel, nutrition, and accessories for swimming, cycling, and running. The ideal candidate enjoys endurance sports, provides excellent customer service, and works well in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide knowledgeable product recommendations
• Assist with fitting shoes, apparel, wetsuits, helmets, and other triathlon gear
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
• Restock merchandise and maintain clean, organized displays
• Help customers with basic product questions and sizing
• Support store events, group rides, races, and community activities
• Receive inventory shipments and assist with merchandising
• Maintain a positive and team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Prior Shopify experience is preferred but not required
• Attention to detail
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Interest in triathlon, running, cycling, or swimming is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate boxes
