If you have a passion for luxury homewares, an appreciation for craftsmanship and fine detailing, and pride yourself on delivering an exceptional and personalised client experience, this is a wonderful opportunity to represent one of the world’s most prestigious linen brands within our world-famous store.

Peter Reed represents the very essence of timeless elegance, British craftsmanship and bespoke luxury. We are looking for someone who can bring this story to life for our discerning clientele.

About the role

As a Luxury Linen Sales Associate for Peter Reed, you will be a true brand ambassador, delivering outstanding service while building long-lasting client relationships.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing a highly personalised, luxury service experience tailored to each customer’s lifestyle, preferences and brief
  • Acting as a dedicated expert across fabrics, thread counts, finishes, customisation and care for the brand
  • Building strong and sustainable client relationships through thoughtful consultations, aftercare and follow-up
  • Remaining detail-focused when handling personalised and special-order requests
  • Confidently presenting and maintaining immaculate product displays in line with brand standards
  • Keeping up to date with product launches, seasonal collections and industry trends
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer journey

About You

You will ideally have experience working in a home & lifestyle environment with a premium or luxury retailer. You’ll be responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand.

You will:

  • Deliver a consistently elevated, world-class customer experience
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and appreciation for craftsmanship and quality
  • Be confident discussing luxury products, specifications and bespoke services
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Remain calm, professional and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Be resilient, adaptable and comfortable tailoring your approach to different clients
  • Be confident using MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital ordering systems
  • Thrive as part of a close-knit, collaborative team
  • Take pride in achieving — and exceeding — sales targets
