• Mastering knowledge and information related to the brands and share to respected customers
• Delivering standard service excellence to customer, based on brand guidelines
• Establishing contact and develop relationships with regular and new customers
• Keeping and maintaining customer information database and preferences
• Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target
• Performing and maintaining daily stock inventory
   

Qualification: 

• At least have a Diploma's/Bachelor's degree from reputable academy/university
• Have at least 2 years of experience as retail sales
• Have hospitality heart and attitudes
• Have strong business related knowledge and professional communication skill
• Have the passion for sales with strong determination and self-motivated in achieving the goals
• Acquire good team work skill and able to perform job independently, as well as the capability to thrive in todays competitive market
• Having flexibility in work schedule is required, including the ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as operational need may requirements
