What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with customers and identify their vehicle needs
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Present financing, leasing, and ownership options
  • Follow up with prospects and existing customers
  • Maintain CRM activities and sales pipeline
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the buying journey
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales experience is an asset but not required
  • Automotive sales experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Valid driver's license

  • Automotive dealership experience
  • Existing customer network in Richmond or Greater Vancouver
  • Social media prospecting experience
  • Ability to speak Tagalog
