Drybar is a blow dry-only bar and our philosophy is simple. Focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us that’s blowouts. In fact, our tagline says it all: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. We are looking for fantastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Drybar Bend is looking to expand our team of Bartenders, aka Receptionist Extraordinaires ;) Our Bartenders check our beloved guests in and out, grab drinks, answer phones, and assist stylists by grabbing supplies and tools. They help make sure that the salon runs smoothly in every way possible, we like to call them the backbone of Drybar (just don't tell the stylists ;))

Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Benefits:

• Competitive compensation plan with potential to make between $16 and $28 per hour depending on performance

• Membership sales commission: $5 per Single Barfly, $10 per Double Barfly

Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• 1+ years’ experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment (sales associate, retail sales associate, customer service representative, store associate, salon associate, or a similar position) preferred but not required
• Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred
• Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent (Must be 18+ because we serve beverages with each service)
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace environment
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
• Ability to multitask with ease
• Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts
• Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system
• Problem solver – use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk
• Maintains professional demeanor under pressure
