What You'll Do Each Day

As a Drybar Bartender, you're the heartbeat of the shop โ€” the first smile a guest sees and the last impression they leave with. Think of it less like a desk job and more like hosting a party where everyone leaves with great hair.

  • Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming first impression every single time
  • Manage appointments and check clients in/out using our reservation system
  • Answer texts, calls, and assist with bookings
  • Troubleshoot system issues, update client profiles, and optimize the appointment flow
  • Recommend memberships and retail products (your commissions depend on it โ€” in a good way!)
  • Keep the front desk, bar area, and shop looking fresh and organized
  • Support stylists to ensure the whole client experience is seamless
  • Conduct walkthroughs, restock shelves, and handle general upkeep to keep the shop running smoothly

What We're Looking For: โœ” Warm, friendly personality with strong communication skills โœ” Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment โœ” Customer service or retail experience preferred โ€” but we'll train the right person โœ” Basic tech skills; POS experience is a plus โœ” Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability โœ” Professional and composed under pressure โœ” Weekend availability is a must โ€” our busiest and most rewarding days โœ” Ability to stand/walk for 6โ€“8 hour shifts
