Front Desk Sales & Guest Experience (we call them Bartenders!) at Drybar Sarasota ✨📍 Location: Drybar Sarasota Midtown Sarasota, FL (1275 S Tamiami Trl, Sarasota, FL) and/or Drybar Sarasota at UTC (5265 University Pkwy #105, University Park, FL 34201)🕒 Part-time & Full-time | Saturday & Sunday availability REQUIRED

🧡 What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the first and last impression—greet every client with warmth and personality

• Educate clients on membership benefits, add-ons, and styling products

• Drive sales by matching products and services with each guest’s needs

• Manage appointments, process check-ins/outs, and support the flow of the shop

• Help maintain shop cleanliness, and ensure every visit is smooth and memorable

• Are tech-comfortable and confident using point-of-sale systems

• Can be on your feet for 6–8 hour shifts and are available on weekends

• Have experience in hospitality, retail, or front desk roles (a bonus, not a must—we’ll train you!)
