Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a Construction Company in their search for a Sales Associatebased in Quezon City

Salary Range ₱40,000 Max

Work Setup Onsite

Shift Schedule Day Shift (half-day Saturday work included)

Location Quezon City

The role

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our clients team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably with experience in engineering or construction, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and engineering sectors

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, and project managers

  • Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings to promote company offerings

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of products/services

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates

  • Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

  • At least 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry

  • Strong understanding of construction materials, processes, or services is an advantage

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as needed
