JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Sales Associate for our La Roca Outlet, where you will play a vital role in bringing the Burberry Experience to life for every customer. This role combines commercial focus with exceptional client service, supporting both individual and store performance while strengthening long-term customer relationships. You will contribute to retail-led growth by elevating product storytelling across categories and delivering operational excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience that reflects the Burberry brand in every interaction.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through proactive client engagement and product expertise.
  • Build and maintain a strong client portfolio, developing lasting relationships and repeat business.Identify and approach new customers, creating meaningful connections that expand the client base.
  • Support the execution of retail strategies across all product categories, ensuring consistent brand presentation.
  • Uphold operational excellence through accurate stock management, visual standards and adherence to store processes.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Experience in a customer-facing retail or hospitality environment, ideally within premium or luxury.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and connect with a diverse client base.
  • A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to achieving shared goals.
  • Genuine interest in fashion, craftsmanship and storytelling within a luxury environment.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance client service and operational tasks.
  • Adaptable and positive, with a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced setting.
