Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
- Identify customer needs and match them with the right vehicle options
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Clearly explain pricing, financing options, and available products
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads and follow up consistently
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve dealership goals

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.
