We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Amsterdam. If you enjoy connecting with people, have a passion for outdoor lifestyles, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.

How You Will Make a Difference

As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our customers while bringing The North Face brand to life on the sales floor.

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service by building genuine connections with customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Share your knowledge of The North Face products, technologies, and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure every customer leaves the store feeling inspired and valued.

Store Operations

• Support day-to-day store activities, including replenishment, stock handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and stock organization.
• Support opening and closing procedures when required.

Commercial Performance

• Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Promote current collections, campaigns, and loyalty programs.
• Help create a positive and energetic shopping environment.

Teamwork

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Support a culture of inclusivity, respect, and continuous learning.
• Act as a proud ambassador for The North Face and VF Corporation.

What You Bring

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Passion for the outdoors, sports, fashion, or active lifestyles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Language Requirements

• Good command of English.
• Dutch is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
• Additional languages are a plus given Amsterdam's international customer base.
