As a Sales Associate at Scrubs & Beyond, your main goal is to understand our customers' needs and guide them to the best products that fulfill those needs.You’llplay a key role in delivering exceptional customer service that not only enhances the shopping experience but also drives sales. With a passion for helping others,you’llcontribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere in the store while building lasting relationships with customers. Your dedication to providing personalized, knowledgeableassistanceensures that every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results
  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, actively engaging with customers and modeling selling best practices
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers
  • Execute closing and opening duties as assigned
  • DemonstrateKindthreadCore Values at all times
  • Execute andmaintainstrong visual merchandising standards

Essential Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months (previousretail experience preferred)
  • Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals
  • Canworka flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, andholidays
  • PT12-29hoursweekly

Preferred Qualifications (Skills and Abilities)

  • Customer service skills and ability to interact with customersand drive sales
  • Has collaborative skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
