About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and relationship‑driven Sales Associate to join our growing E‑Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you’ll help expand our technology and trading platform footprint by engaging with clients, leading demos, and driving adoption of our solutions. If you’re energized by client interaction, curious about fintech, and comfortable navigating fast‑paced sales cycles, then this is the role for you.

About the Team

This role sits within the E‑Sales & Business Development group, partnering closely with our senior management, brokers, IT, Product, and Client Support teams to deliver best‑in‑class technology solutions to clients.

This role is responsible for generating new business, deepening existing client relationships, and promoting our technology solutions to institutional customers. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, comfortable discussing technical products, and effective at navigating enterprise sales cycles.

Role Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and acquire new and existing clients for our technology and trading solutions.

  • Conduct regular outreach to prospective and existing clients to promote new features, platform updates, and service offerings.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

  • Understand client workflows and technology to position solutions effectively.

  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and support adoption.

  • Partner closely with Product, IT, and Support teams to understand platform functionality, upcoming releases, and customer impact.

  • Translate client feedback into actionable insights to support product improvements.

  • Participate in platform demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training calls.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including call notes, pipeline updates, and follow‑up actions.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client activity summaries for management.

Experience / Competences

Essential

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or B2B financial services sales.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to non‑technical clients.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client conversations, sales cycles, and deadlines.

  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Relationship‑building and customer engagement

  • Technical curiosity and willingness to learn complex systems

  • Strategic prospecting and pipeline discipline

  • Clear and confident communication

  • Adaptability and resilience

Desired

  • Experience selling Fintech, trading platforms, market data solutions, or enterprise technology products.
