We’re building the future of intermodal freight—and our sales team is at the heart of that growth. We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to support revenue generation, build customer relationships, and develop a strong pipeline across our national network.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a commercial role with clear development pathways and exposure to strategic sales initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting customer growth and delivering commercial outcomes by:

• Engaging with new and existing customers to understand their logistics needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Responding to enquiries and delivering a high-quality, responsive customer experience
• Supporting account growth and retention through regular customer interaction
• Managing opportunities, customer data, and activity within CRM systems
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless, customer-focused solutions

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, internal sales, or a customer-facing commercial role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, prioritise, and manage multiple opportunities
• Commercial curiosity and a desire to grow a career in sales
• Confident use of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Experience or exposure to transport, freight, or logistics is advantageous
