What You’ll Do:
✔ Meet with customers to understand their cabinet and design needs
✔ Guide customers through the cabinet selection and design process
✔ Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, and builders
✔ Generate new business through outreach and networking
✔ Prepare quotes and follow up to close sales
✔ Stay current on design trends and product knowledge
✔ Work closely with operations to ensure a great customer experience

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:
✅ 3+ years of experience using 2020 Design Software
✅ Experience in cabinet sales, kitchen design, or home improvement sales
✅ Field experience and understanding of cabinet specifications and installation requirements
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
✅ Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales software systems
✅ Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
✅ Confidence guiding customers through purchasing decisions
