Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is growing with the creation of a new display centre at Figtree Hill. To meet the demands of customers we are expanding the team and seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate for our high-performing Clarendon Homes team in Figtree Hill (near Campbelltown) NSW.

What you’ll do:

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective home buyers, guiding them through the display centre experience and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll work alongside and be trained and guided by a dynamic team and you will be supporting the sales team clients find their dream home.

On a daily basis you will:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, informative experience at the display home
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping
• Assist with marketing initiatives and promotion of Clarendon Homes’ residential products
• Maintain the presentation and professionalism of the display centre and sales office
• Register leads, distribute marketing materials, and build strong relationships with prospective home buyers

About you

To be successful, you will be:

• A natural communicator with a personable, friendly approach with a positive, can-do attitude
• Available to work 5 days a week, including weekends
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• A collaborate team player
• Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
