Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their furniture and home décor needs
- Build strong relationships by understanding customer preferences and offering tailored solutions
- Stay current on product features, design trends, and promotions across our brands
- Maintain a visually appealing showroom environment
- Accurately process sales transactions
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall store success

Qualifications
- No experience required — our training program is built by successful sales professionals to help maximize your earning potential
- Passion for customer service and relationship-building
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
