The Entry-Level Sales Associate is responsible for driving new business growth and managing customer relationships within an assigned territory. This role is a hands-on, field-based position focused on prospecting, presenting GFL’s environmental services and solutions, and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to launch a successful career in Outside Sales with comprehensive training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and compelling sales presentations to prospective customers, demonstrating how GFL’s products and services can meet their needs.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and repeat clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales and support teams to streamline processes and share best practices.

Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Valid driver's license, insurance, and a good driving record is required for territory coverage.
