You will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the most suitable solutions. The position combines customer interaction, pipeline management, and revenue responsibility, making it both dynamic and impact-driven. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience. Accountabilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate tracking and follow-ups.
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and service level expectations consistently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive upselling and retention.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to support customer needs and improve outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and update CRM systems with detailed notes and activities.
  • Provide feedback on products, services, and market trends to support continuous improvement.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
    • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or related roles.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
    • Strong ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently and accurately.
    • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions.
    • Comfortable working in an inside sales environment (no field sales or cold calling).
    • Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop a career in sales and customer engagement.
