SPENGA Sugar Land is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales AssociateThis role is ideal for someone with prior sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about delivering results. You’ll be responsible for driving membership growth, converting prospects into members, and contributing to the studio’s overall success. Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary $13 - $15 per hour (based on experience)

• Highly incentivized commission structure:
  • $15 per membership sale
  • +$10 bonus for first-visit closes
  • 2x commission rate when you close 10+ members in a month

Key Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through inbound leads, walk-ins, and outreach efforts
• Follow up with prospects via calls, texts, and email to convert leads into members
• Conduct studio tours and fitness consultations, confidently presenting the SPENGA value proposition
• Close sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets
• Build relationships with members to support retention and referrals
• Participate in lead generation events, community outreach, and promotions
• Ensure a welcoming, energetic studio environment for all members and guests
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
• Support daily studio operations and additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required (fitness, retail, or service sales preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Energetic, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Passion for fitness, health, and wellness (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends and early mornings as needed
• Proficient in English (bilingual is a plus)

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
