As a Sales Associate, you will inspire our customers, provide outstanding service, and help maintain high standards on the shop floor. We believe this role is a great opportunity to develop your potential, supported by a global organisation, with responsibility and ownership at store level.
How you’ll make a difference
You will help deliver a strong retail experience by:
Providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring every customer is treated with respect
Building solid product knowledge and using it to support customers effectively
Keeping the sales floor well presented, following visual merchandising standards
Supporting daily store operations and stockroom activities, following procedures
Keeping up to date with trends and the brand’s place in the market
What makes you the perfect Sales Associate?
You enjoy interacting with customers and bring a friendly, hands-on attitude
You bring energy and a positive “can-do” mindset
You’re interested in fashion/retail and enjoy being on the shop floor
You can communicate well in Dutch and/or English
You are reliably available on weekdays (this is the key requirement for this role)
Previous experience is a plus but not required. What matters most is your attitude and how you show up for customers and the team.
