We are looking for a Sales Associate who plays a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include evaluating customer potential, establishing corporate accounts, and exceeding individual and team targets.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the German market
  • Evaluate customer potential and onboard new corporate accounts
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Provide timely support to customers in troubleshooting app and order-related issues
  • Analyse customer profiles and order behaviour to uncover insights and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Consistently exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Positive, passionate, and proactive mindset with strong self-initiative and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in German, with a strong preference for fluency in English
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with using major social media platforms
