This is the ideal stepping stone into a successful real estate career — you’ll gain hands-on experience selling high-quality new homes from some of Australia’s renowned builders.

• Buyers always know what’s happening because you keep them updated on their build progress and make communication effortless.
• You maintain strong relationships and a well-organised client database that sets you (and the team) up for long-term success.
• Your CRM game is strong — accurate data, clean records, and zero missed details.
• You collaborate seamlessly with the team, bringing fresh ideas to digital marketing projects and helping campaigns hit their goals.
• You stay on top of your numbers, preparing clear and consistent reports that highlight wins and opportunities to grow.

We’re seeking someone who brings 💼

• Ambition, drive, motivation, and energy — a genuine passion for success in real estate
• 1–2 years of experience in a Real Estate Sales Associate role
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• A valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
