A technological services company specializing in the establishment and management of offshore software development teams is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our growing sales efforts. The company is in continuous growth since 2017. Its vision is to help tech companies scale quickly and efficiently in order to stay competitive in the global market.
They specialize in building dedicated development teams for leading startups, across 10 different countries. Are you organized, proactive, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment?

The ideal candidate will assist with sales operations, schedule introductory meetings, track the progress of sales pipelines, and help organize company events to support lead generation and funnel development.

Reporting to: Head of Sales

Key Requirements:

🔹 At least 1 year of experience in Sales;
🔹 Excellent command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
🔹 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
🔹 Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
🔹 Team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset;
🔹 Fluency in Hebrew is required;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be plus:

🔹 Previous experience in a similar role;
🔹 Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Monday).

What you will do:

🔹 Provide administrative and operational support to sales team members;
🔹 Proactively schedule initial meetings with potential clients (via outreach, LinkedIn, email);
🔹 Track the progress of leads and opportunities using our CRM system;
🔹 Coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations;
🔹 Assist in creating sales presentations and marketing materials;
🔹 Help organize client-facing events and internal company gatherings aimed at supporting sales funnel development;
🔹 Prepare reports and monitor monthly performance metrics.
