As a Studio Sales Associate, you’re more than a front desk associate — you're the face of our brand and a trusted skincare guide. You create connection, deliver hospitality, and help clients take action through memberships, laser facial packages, and personalized product recommendations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on human interaction, loves to sell with integrity, and wants to be part of a high-performance team.

What You’ll Do

• Create an exceptional first and last impression for every guest
  
  
• Confidently educate and sell memberships, laser packages, enhancements, and skincare products
  
  
• Guide clients through check-in and check-out with warmth and efficiency
  
  
• Maintain a clean, elevated, and organized studio environment
  
  
• Support estheticians with smooth client flow and behind-the-scenes help
  
  
• Coach and inspire new hosts as the studio team grows
  
  
• Live and breathe the Heyday brand, aesthetic, and studio standards
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of proven success in sales (retail, wellness, hospitality, or service)
  
  
• Confidence in communicating value and closing sales in a consultative, friendly way
  
  
• A natural people person who builds trust quickly
  
  
• Fast, efficient, and adaptable in a dynamic studio environment
  
  
• Passionate about skincare and curious to keep learning
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
