Job Details: As a Home Furnishing Consultant, you will be a key part of our customer experience.
Your role will focus on bringing your energetic and friendly personality to help build relationships with clients, helping them find the perfect furniture, mattresses and décor to match their home and style needs. You’ll work in a supportive environment where your success is celebrated, and there are no limits to your growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their furniture needs, offering personalized product recommendations
Passion for connecting with customers while discovering their preferences and offer tailored solutions
Stay up to date on product features, design trends, and store promotions across our four brands
Help maintain a visually appealing store by ensuring that displays are organized and on-brand
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Meet and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance
Qualifications:
No experience required; our training program was built by successful sales associates to prepare you to maximize your earning potential
A passion for customer service and a talent for building relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
